Order Processing
All merchandise is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, embroidered, and prepared for shipment before it leaves our fulfillment partner.
During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. The Gentle Pursuit is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thegentlepursuit.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to update the address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thegentlepursuit.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate resolution.
