REFUND POLICY

The Gentle Pursuit, Inc. is committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of all donations received.
Donations made to The Gentle Pursuit are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, the funds may be used to support individuals, families, programs, and operations that further our charitable mission.
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate donations
• Unauthorized transactions
• Processing errors
• Incorrect donation amounts entered by mistake
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.

Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
The Gentle Pursuit reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not involve a processing error, duplicate transaction, unauthorized charge, or other exceptional circumstance.
